The Role

We are seeking a fast-paced, energetic person to lead our Sales department. You will be a part of some of the fastest growing industries in hi-tech as a critical player in securing clients in multiple countries! If you are a communication star, love to solve complex problems, and enjoy a challenge, then this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and execute sales funnel, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and manage a global team of Sales Representatives (BDRs) throughout the following stages: Stage 1 (Initial Contact); Stage 2 (Sales Accepted Opportunity); Stage 3 (Sales Qualified Opportunity)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure sales strategies are on course and adjusted based on as need and market conditions
  • Provide clear and constant reports and/or presentations showcasing goals and success metrics to the organization
